The Copper Lounge features a private dining room and a bar lounge area highlighted by a stunning rainforest inspired wall and magnificent chandelier. Copper Chimney enlisted the services of celebrity mixologist, Jerry Banks, who created 12 signature cocktails that combine the exquisite fruity flavors found in South Asia and around the world.
The innovative Liquid Copper cocktail shakes up Mount Gay Rum, mango puree, mango tea, lime juice and tamarind syrup while the Madras Rose stirs in Stoli and fresh strawberries, rose syrup, lemon juice and champagne. It took months of fine tuning to imbibe just the right taste in each sweet yet potent blend.
